Cost-effective and Operationally Advantageous Outcomes
Project Management enables continuation from the development of the remedial design documentation through the conduct of the design documented works to completion, where the repairs are handed to the stakeholders, in a manner that ensures the minimum standards are surpassed throughout the process.
This ensures stakeholders are afforded assurance, of a cost-effective and operationally advantageous outcome.

Project Management services are provided for remediation of hydraulic services and consequential works subject to investigation and design development by WSG, which is progressed throughout the implementation process.
- Onsite tenders are conducted with experienced remedial building and remedial plumbing contractors. The tender process is supported by tender pricing schedules, defining each respective contractors’ obligations and the respective incurred costs for work elements. The onsite tender process provides clear definition of expectations, site constraints, project time frames, installation requirements and expected outcomes, to satisfy the hydraulic design documentation. The tender process may also be video recorded to enable distribution where safe access or scheduling constraints arise
- A tender evaluation is developed from the contractors completed tender schedules, that evaluates eligibility to conduct the works based on licensing and insurance requirements, demonstrated past expertise, adherence to the contract documentation and contract, responsiveness to the tender process and pricing. A weighted analysis, with a recommendation is provided with a transparent evaluation process for consideration by the relevant stake holders
- Stakeholders are kept informed throughout the remediation work process, to afford fluidity and a harmonious remediation work delivery process
- Regular inspections, meetings and work records are provided to all stakeholders ensuring transparency throughout the remediation work delivery process
- Completion records are compiled at succession of the remedial works, with a hand over accounting for ongoing maintenance plans to ensure the remediated hydraulic services are maintained as effective long term building assets.
